Over Night Oats!

I’m going to let you know up front, I will not be doing very many recipe posts because:

A. I am not a cook, baker or really all that confident in the kitchen.

B. Taking photos of food is hard and takes so much time that I cannot commit to at the moment because I’d rather be eating instead of taking photos!


BUT, I had to tell you about these easy-peasy OVERNIGHT OATS! I have started to meal prep at the beginning of each week to learn, have more time with my guys, and create better habits with food (I’ll have to write another post regarding my bad habits!)

  • Rolled Oats 1 1/2 cups
  • Maple syrup about a table spoon (optional for sweetness)
  • Two spoonfuls of Barleans
  • Blueberries 1 1/2 cups
  • Sliced ripe Banana 1 cup
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk (vanilla sweetened) if you want to go for a healthier route unsweetened Almond milk

Close the top of container- shake the container until everything is evenly mixed and put in the fridge for the next morning! Makes about 4-5 servings! I love to eat this late at night for a snack when I’m craving! Good luck and I hope you find it tasty!
